Resort Policy

All guests occupying the room must carry valid ID proof at the time of check-in.
Children below 15 years have to be accompanied by parent.
Check-in Time is 02: 00 pm and Check Out Time is 11: 00 am.
Early Check-in or late Check out will be provided based on availability. Additional charges apply.
Rooms are given on double occupancy, for any additional guests to occupy the room valid ID proof has to be provided. Additional charges apply.
Usage of Swimming Pool is complimentary. Pool rules apply.
We request you to make prior appointments for any experience such as a spa or a yoga session.
Outsider visiting room guests can meet only on the common area and cannot be taken to the rooms.
Professional photography is restricted in the premises, seek permission before taking pictures. Additional charges apply.
Pets not allowed.
At Heritage Madurai, we try and preserve the nature and any guest whom we feel is doing any harm to nature may be asked to check -out.
Any damage done to the property or its belonging by the guest will be charged the cost of replacement or repair.
Doctor on Call facility not available in the resort. Resort staff will guide you to the nearest hospital in case of emergency.
One‑way pickup or drop‑off exclusively for Luxury Villa Room bookings made through HM Online. This update is valid until August 15, 2026.

OTA Booking & Property Usage Policy

All bookings made through online travel agencies (OTAs) are strictly for accommodation purposes only. Guests are not permitted to use the hotel premises for social media, YouTube, Instagram, regular media marketing, promotional activities, or advertising of any product or service.

The use of our hotel premises for advertising, promotional, photo, or video shoots (AD shoots) is strictly prohibited and will not be accepted under any OTA or direct booking.
